• User Behaviour – You undertake to use this site only for legal purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. Unauthorised access, misuse of the site, or any effort to interfere with the operation of the site can lead to legal consequences.

2.Products and Services

• Product Description – Future Nexus offers AI-based robotic solutions, such as:

1. Automated Moving Cart – A small, EV-driven robotic cart that converts into an AI assistant.

2. Customizable 3D Interface – A phone/tablet-based system where users can customize and troubleshoot the device.

3. Smartwatch Control – A streamlined control system for basic operations and monitoring.

4. VR with Joysticks – A fully immersive control system for remote operation.

• Availability of Products – All products are available subject to stock. Future Nexus can at any time without notice discontinue or change any product.

• Options for Customization – Our products have a 3D modeling interface for customization by the user. Although we try to be as accurate as possible, there may be minor differences between the computer generated rendering and the end product
  
  
  3. Payment and Pricing

• Pricing – Prices are quoted in Rupees and are subject to alteration without notice. Promotional terms and discount offers may be applied at the discretion of Future Nexus.

• Taxes & Fees – Taxes, duties, or shipping charges, as applicable, are charged at checkout. Overseas customers are liable for customs duty.

• Payment Methods – We currently accept the following payment methods:

1. Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

2. PayPal

• Order Verification & Fraud Prevention – Future Nexus also has the right to cancel an order which is suspected of fraud. We can also request extra verification before processing a specific transaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing & Shipping Time – Orders are processed within 10-12 business days, and the shipping time depends on the location. Estimated delivery dates will be given at checkout.

• International Shipping – We provide global shipping. International customers are liable for customs duties and import taxes.

• Shipping Delays – We do our best to meet estimated delivery times but reserve the right to delay in situations involving carrier problems, customs processing, or unanticipated events. Future Nexus will not be held accountable for delays.

• Missing or Stolen Packages – In case your package is missing or stolen after dispatch, Future Nexus is not liable. Please approach the carrier for help.
  
  
  5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Return Policy –

1. 30 days from delivery is the period within which returns are accepted.

2. The items should be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

3. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned except if they are defective.

• Replacement Policy –

1. In case of a defective or damaged product received by you, we will provide a replacement free of charge within 14 days of the receipt of your product.

2. Proof of damage (photos/videos) and return of the defective unit is necessary before issuing a replacement.

• Refund Policy –

1. Refund against eligible return is issued after inspecting the item.

2. Time taken to process: 5-10 business days upon receipt of returned item.

3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, save for a faulty product.
   
    

• 6. Warranty & Liability

• Limited Warranty –

1. Our products have a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

2. The warranty is not applicable in the event of misuse, unauthorized alterations, accidental damage, or wear and tear.

• Liability Disclaimer –

1. Future Nexus cannot be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the misuse of our products.

2. Users are required to use AI-driven systems in compliance with safety guidelines offered.

3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability and are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.
